• Childe of the Prince of Carcosa, Josephine Blackwell-Finch, embraced on the eve of the year 2009.

• Sole heiress of a considerable old-money fortune, from the powerful Lacroix family, an old line of respected local businessmen.

• Since the accidental death of her father, David Lacroix (CEO - Lacroix Industries) she has gained local recognition for breaking with the family traditions and flexing her financial muscle on the city stage, trying to influence politics and aggressively pursuing interests beyond the traditional scope of familial activities.
