Mortal Life
1952
Adam Corvus was yet another child born into the family Corvus. Being the second oldest in his immediate family, he never stood out that much to the others. Along with uncles, aunts and cousins, he grew up in Little Italy developing a close bond to his family that would equal to nothing else.
1958
As things may have been rough around the close knit family in the neighborhood, they always seemed to ease by. At the age of six it was something he wasn't able to fathom or understand at all. Of course he never minded all the various toys he used to get from his favorite Uncle Vander. At the time Adam never noticed or even knew that it was his Uncle Vander that was always helping them get by.
1962
Ten years into his life now Adam was enjoying his life quite well. He was doing well in school, averaging above a C in school, having various friends around the neighborhood, all he needed was there for him. It was about this time that Adam began to see that it was his Uncle that was helping his family and relatives out to get through the years. With the others, he remained silent about it and didn't put much thought into it. This was easy to do as he always liked when all the neighberhood kids would all flock around Adam to get a glimpse at the new toy that his Uncle got for him. Apart from being a bit privledged, he was just like every other kid at the time. He ran around the neighborhood playing baseball, hide and go seek, participating in duck and cover drills, the normal do good sort of kid.
1969
Now in high school, Adam did fairly well. Like all kids, he really didn’t enjoy it that much, but he did well enough to get by and didn’t get into much trouble. Adam wasn’t the perfect child either, however, but was only privy to an occasional party or two. He sure did have the appearance, however. Adam was on the baseball team, student council and even was honor roll once. Entering into the student council in his freshman year he quickly went up and came into the light of the school as he slowly made his way to president in his Junior year, a nice feat when all past presidents were Seniors. His true embarkment into politics other than the simple high school student council, as he put, was participating in various protests against the war in Vietnam around Carcosa. Being near the age to be drafted even added more to his thought to protest.
1970
Once Adam had finished high school he didn't have much of an idea of what he wanted to do. With various ideas coming to mind in came good ol' favorite Uncle V to help in this situation. Being an alumni of Yale Business School, he urged and eventually convinced him to follow in his footsteps to Yale. Always liking his Uncle, even more in these years as they were privy to political talks at night, Adam agreed to go to Yale to become a lawyer. This was before he was accepted, but it never came across Adam's mind that maybe his uncle had helped him get in with some connections.
1971
Now at Yale, Adam continued to follow in the steps of his uncle and joined a few groups which included the Masons, Kappa Sigma Phi, and Iuncito Fortuna, a group of Ceremonial Sorcerers. Adam never really understood the group of sorcerors, but wanted to make his uncle proud and happy and stayed in it. He as well joined the Yale Political Union which Adam enjoyed quite more and did quite well. Adamn would say that this was where the true foundation to becoming a Carthian began here in the Union. Debating and conversing about various forms of government and certain political situations at the time. Even though Adam had excelled and done well, he never favored any sort of government.
1974
Adam had eventually entered the Yale Law School after getting his associates degree. While there Adam did very well, far better than his first four years. He excelled greatly exceeding many people’s expectations.
1976
Graduating Summa Cum Laude, Adam returned to Carcosa to find the city in great distress and disarrangement. Adam tried his best to stay away from all turmoil within the city, but even then it was stressful and hard. In the times he was having a hard time finding a practice to hire him. Luckily he eventually found a practice that took him in. The year in the practice wasn't anything special, but his aspects for the future changed dramatically when his Uncle had contacted him. Vander always had some sort of plan for Adam.
Embrace
1977
In such a time of chaos many kindred would look at Vander and his new childe wondering why he would embrace in such a time like this. Right in the middle of the chaos, to save Adam, his Uncle Vander Corvus embraced him. Though, just as Adam had thought, this had helped Adam as he found his niche for his requiem quickly.
To add to such a confusing and choatic time, Adam had come almost fallen to the Interfectors. Luckily he was saved by Carthian Lili Wu, which may have nudged his decision to join the Carthian Movement later on despite his minor political past.
1978
After a year as a vampire things were still hectic within the city, but Adam, now released, was able to lay low and help with things here and there. He continued to make some progress as he joined the Carthian Movement, yet he didn’t stand out that much just yet. For the most part Adam had stayed low, helping in the movement and the city here and there.
1979
Two years after his embrace Adam finally began to make a name for himself. He began to try and keep things as calm throughout the city as possible by helping here and there with various tasks even more. As the wealthy began to uproot themselves and move toward the island, Adam moved into where they left and took over some real estate. This proved quite successful for him as he made some lucrative deals, as well as he happened to get quite a few friends while he was there.
Up until now Adam had done little within the Carthian Movement to make a name for himself. Going with the flow, speaking up here and there, and helping overall. But that changed once Chan Chang and the ex Carthian prefect had begun to dispute about the prefect's job and ability to be prefect. When the dispute had increased Adam stepped forward to mediate. This proved very successful and would later on spur the removal of the Prefect and the admittance of Alex Drake as prefect.
1980
When kindred began to disappear, no doubt Adam was worried just like everyone else. Luckily, the still young Adam had little ties with anyone and he wasn't on the list, with his Ordo Dracul sire that may have helped as well. This trying time was difficult for him as he was not sure where to place his trust. Turning to Vander he would then on be neutral as can be. Although, he was still a a Dragon whom the covenant as a whole backstabbed his covenant which he was still very new in, Adam took his advice and decided to be neutral. Of course this didn't go well with the rest of the Carthian Movement at first, but this eased up overtime as it showed he still contributed to the covenant but contributed the minimum and tried to stay in the back when having to help in situations he did not wish.
1983
As things calmed down and the numbers thinned, Adam continued working with things in Oceanfront as well as moving out to others and using his law degree to get some friends among the judicial sectors of the city. At start, however, he things were terribly slow and it would just take some time to see if his endevour would work out.
1986
Three years after Adam had begun working up in the Judicial sector, he been very successful. He had intertwined himself in the allies and became the top dog. From then on he began to regulate just who had allies there as well, making sure it wasn't used for anything bad. Since then Adam has been keen to use his sway to help the city from time to time when it is in need.
1987
As everyone freaked out by the demand for kindred to move, Adam didn’t mind. He still had his island and Starkhorn Heights which just so happened to be one of the designated areas. This was when Adam took the chance to step out of his small, occasional real estate deal and began to make bigger and brash deals. Seeing the goldmine that is Eccelsia, Adam took a big chance and began buying and selling real estate in that busy and unknown district to him. Such a plunge proved successful and Adam could now be call a realtor, instead of just having it as a hobby. Adam was now secure and stable just where he was with his real estate in Oceanfront and Eccelsia and now being the top dog among the Judicial folks, it was going good for him.
1990
Adam wasn’t that big of a person among the Carthians during his first 12 years, but following in suit with his Uncle and Sire he was very neutral and helping and mediating in many disputes which had eventually gained him general praise from all in the covenant and was asked to fill in the position of Myrmidon. He accepted with a smile of course.
1991
Time went on and Adam began to move up even more as a lawyer, with certain friends in places. When the others came to kill once again Adam layed low, helping the other Carthians where he could. But within recent times, he continues along smoothly and remains the myrmidon for the Carthian Movement. He continues to stay close with his family, and being a prominent figure in Starkhorn Heights.
1998
Growing and expanding, he continued alongside his Uncle and endeavored into the club business. Together with Ivy Jane Carroll they started the Eden club. This wonderful and magnificant club, as he would call it, has been declared neutral grounds by the three. Strengthened by the three of them, they only had to face one not so bright kindred thus far.
2003
During the year of the great 'bribes for domains' policy Adam had attempted to grab Starkhorn Heights, apparently seeing a very good opportunity. His offer for the domain he felt good about, but to his dismay, he lost to Josephine Blackwell-Finch. Digging a bit into this he learned that Kien may have ignored him due to being a Carthian and the history of some of the covenant members being in league with the Sanctified. This surely upset him as he was never on good terms with them and Adam had made it clear with a few remarks here and there, but never was too overt about it. It wasn't too long till he got over it and settled into the the fief of Starkhorn Heights, Ferryway.
