• Actuary keeps tabs on the free zone Fields’ health of hunting.
• Actuary is expected to collect reports from each territory holder two nights before each scheduled court (assuming there is at least three nights before court is called of warning – emergency courts will not subject the Actuary to this).
• Actuary is expected to keep watch on the mortal health, overall within the city, and report to the Prince once per week if there are any notings of overhunting within the city that would affect the Masquerade.
• Actuary may be called on to present reports of Kindred feeding outside of the normal court-based deadline, but will have a period of five nights from notification to procure current information from Territory holders and own reports on free zones.
• Actuary is expected to notify the Sheriff and Prince of any free zone hunting Kindred who are feeding more than their allotted amount.
