- Devon Jones is granted domain over Hapeville as a result of his performing the duties of Hound skillfully.

Fall
- Devon Jones, pursuing rumors of a nomad poaching in Sylvan Hills travels to the area and, while tracking his quarry, runs into James William Hopkins, the Gangrel Priscus. The two have a tense standoff before they discover that they are looking for the same person. Working together, they manage to track the nomad down and apprehend him. Having done so, they drive the nomad to the city limits and leave him there with a warning: don't poach in Atlanta.

Spring
- Eveline Carre is granted the domain of downtown by Prince Anthony Anderson. Linus Walker has kept a public haven there for over 2 centuries at this point, and takes it as a personal insult. He refuses to offer Carre any compensation, and refuses to leave the area. Tension is high for a few years between the two.
