Spring
- Carthian Movement Only Information – Devon Jones, following the advice of Mildred Winters, begins to branch out and decides to make a move on the streets. He encounters resistance, but manages to fight back due to his having a larger bankroll than anyone suspected he would have. Things get hairy as the influence war develops and it turns out that DJ is fighting with none other than Trey King. After both sides struggle for some time, each taking some losses, they attempt to resolve their dispute. Eveline Carre is brought in to mediate, and decides largely in DJ's favor, giving the young Carthian a substantial amount of sway over the streets of Atlanta.

Winter
- Ordo Dracul Only Information - Believing that the rumored cataclysmic electronic failures of on the night of New Millennium will reduce the resistance of his reaching beings beyond the veil of the physical realm by reducing electronic interference and removing radio frequencies from the atmosphere, Krailo hosts another ritual (some Dragons whisper "psycho" behind his back). The ritual's intended effect, which is to create a "window" through the veil of reality and speak to creatures elsewhere at the exact stroke of midnight. However, the time comes - and passes - and all the Dragons have to show for it is a subtracted amount of seven thousand dollars. Someone in the Dragons wins $150, while someone else is irritated.
- A nomad by the name of Brentin Cole arrives in the city and goes to the Elysium to announce himself to the prince. Linus Walker takes offense to Brentin being in the city and spouts off a series of insults directed at nomads and the unaligned. Brentin leaves soon after to avoid frenzying. Brentin later makes attempts to get his theatre business up and running but he is continually stopped. Peter Krokov continues to foil Brentin’s plans from afar.
