- Carthian Movement Only Information - Tensions between the Prince's childe, Mildred 'Millie' Winters and Trey King, Prefect for the Carthians, rise when King forbids Winters from attending an anti-war rally. King's explanation was that there were rumors that the rally could turn violent, and though Winters was excited about the prospect of being there for a full report, she found that the true reason was that King was afraid of what Prince Anderson's reaction would be.

- Carthian Movement Only Information - Mildred Winters finds Eveline Carre near fatally wounded, with severe burns all over her body near an abandoned building in Decatur. Winters shelters her until she fully recovers. Rumors in the Carthians revolved around old enemies finally catching up with Carre.
