Ordo Dracul Only Information - Gregory Krailo is named as Kogaion of Atlanta, and immediately restricts access to all nests in the city to preserve their locations and potency for "approved use". There is general resentment of this sudden restriction, and several Dragons decide to simply use the nests anyway. Krailo fails to discover this until the Slave, Jack Padou is killed at a Perilous Nest. Gregory uses the unexpected death as a platform for his control and access approval to all nests in the city.
