Generally, in game terms, allies are a "group" of people while contacts are considered a singular person who get information for you. This list is not all inclusive (which means we haven't listed every single way that a possible ally may be used, just given general and most common uses) and may be added to by the Storytellers at any point in time.

Note: Items that are bolded are automatic with the level of allies and do not need to be activated with usages but still must be rolled.

Atlanta Society
Level 1
Hear about major artists being ripped off on contract deals (this will give you the most recent, provided it's been done in the past 2 weeks. On exceptional, find out who ripped them off).
Access to events beyond one's means
Find out about the most recent night-spot to open (allows for finding out the last liquor permit granted provided it's been done in the past 2 weeks, and for what business. On exceptional, find out who did it).
Get a liquor or entertainment building permit.
Get one exotic pet permit.
Hear about parties.

Find out about guest lists to expensive parties (allows for finding out the last growth of Allies (Atlanta Society) provided it's been done in the past 2 weeks, to the level to which it was growthed. On exceptional, find out who it was).

Level 3
Be considered a knowledgable individual with the local personages. (Gain +2 dice for dealing with Atlanta Society Contacts; does not stack with other levels' bonuses)

Level 1
Know about new trends to the occult subculture (Learn about Occult-based businesses which have opened in the past two weeks).
Know common occult groups and practices or about a fringe religion and utilize what you know to keep from looking like an idiot. (+2 dice on Covering Faux Pas rolls against certain elements – Kindred, no... Werewolves or Mortal practitioners of old African Tribal religions, yes)
Aquire common (Level 1-3 in rituals, generally) ritual components and other “common” components of decent quality.
Find a blood-letting fringe or religious group's meeting time and place (+3 hunting dice for one week).
Get small common animals for sacrifices (Size 1-2).
Put a wide-spread occult-type rumor out in the alternative community.

Identify any illicit substance (Identifying mortal has 10 dice to investigate).
Access a respectable, extended, library of occult and ritual components and materials for purchase (Level 3-4 in rituals, generally or +1 dice for mundane Occult-based research on one research topic).
Arrange for a free novice level tutor on a single Instruction roll for the Occult skill.
Deny someone a novice Occult tutor for a full month.
Get larger common animals for sacrifices (Size 3-4).
Use willing cultists for non-deadly activities (number of cultists is equal to your level in Presence; they have 4 dice to do their tasks or help teamwork and are assumed to have a Resolve rating of 2).
Level 3
Be considered a knowledgable individual with the local occult scene. (Gain +2 dice for dealing with Occult contacts; does not stack with other levels' bonuses)
Recruit others to a fringe religion (One roll per week; For every 15 successes gained you may use 1 additional cultists when utilizing the “use willing cultists...” actions)
Arrange for a free professional level tutor on a single Instruction roll for the Occult skill.
Attack the name of a reputable individual (Use standard allies-based attack rules, with the cost being for a Level 3, if the victim fails to resist they lose 1 dot of Fame in Occult circles)

Arrange for mundane shipping free of cost. (Increase your revenue above the normal by 2%. Cannot be stacked)
